Cannelloni with Broccio and Trumpets of Death Recipe
Ingredients:
- 14 Cannelloni tubes
- 1 lb. Broccio cheese
- 1 cup Trumpet mushrooms, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook the Cannelloni tubes according to the package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped Trumpet mushrooms, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender and golden.
- Crumble the Broccio cheese and mix with the mushroom mixture.

- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
