Ingredients:

  • 1 package of tofu, cut into cubes

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped

  • 1 pound of green beans, trimmed
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the tofu cubes to the pan and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to the pan and stir to coat the tofu cubes. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until the tofu is caramelized and sticky.
