Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • toppings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C)
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head and chop the florets into small pieces.
  3. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it resembles rice grains.
  4. Place the cauliflower rice in a bowl and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until softened.
  5. Allow the cauliflower rice to cool slightly and then place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze any excess water out of the cauliflower.

  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Spread the pizza sauce over the crust and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
  10. Bake for another 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Slice and serve!
