Celeriac, Apple, and Horseradish Puree

Ingredients:

  • 1 large celeriac
  • 2 granny smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
