Chicken Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 packages ramen noodles

Instructions:

  3. Remove the pot from the heat. Add the ramen noodles and let them cook in the hot broth until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, divide the soup into bowls, garnish with green onions and serve hot.
