Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups water or chicken broth
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear and drain.
