Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into small pieces

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
