Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon tikka masala spice blend
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 brioche buns
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:
