Chilli Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add cumin, paprika, chili powder, and salt and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add honey, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard and bring to a simmer.
  6. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Add the ribs to the pot, making sure they are coated with the sauce.
  8. Cover the pot with a lid and bake in the oven for 2-3 hours, until the meat is falling off the bones.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  10. Serve with extra sauce and your favorite sides.
