Verdict
These chilli ribs are finger-licking good! The spice rub gives the meat a nice kick, while the honey, vinegar, and ketchup create a tangy and slightly sweet glaze that caramelizes in the oven. The ribs come out tender and juicy, with a perfect combination of flavors. They’re perfect for a barbecue or a casual dinner with friends.
