Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, skin removed
  • 10 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of sliced ginger
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rice wine (optional)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and remove the skin. Cut it into pieces and set it aside.
