Cinnamon and Orange Roast Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2-3 pounds boneless pork loin

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
  3. In another small bowl, combine olive oil, orange juice, and honey.
  4. Place the pork loin in a roasting pan. Rub the cinnamon mixture all over the pork loin.
