Crunchy Treviso and melting Mont-d’Or Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large Treviso lettuce
  • 1 wheel of Mont-d’Or cheese
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and cut the Treviso lettuce into wedges.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
