Dandelion of Salmon, Liveliness of Speculoos

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups dandelion greens, washed and chopped
  • 1 cup speculoos cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
