Deer Baked in Hay Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 whole deer, about 10-12 pounds
- Hay, enough to cover the deer completely
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cups dry red wine
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
