Duck Breast Skewers with Sesame and Herbs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 duck breasts
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the duck breasts into thin slices, about ½ inch thick.
2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Add the duck slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill or grill pan on high heat. Thread the duck slices onto skewers, making sure to leave some space in between each piece.
4. Grill the duck skewers for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the duck is cooked through and slightly charred.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the cilantro, mint, and sesame seeds. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the grilled duck skewers and serve immediately.
