Duck Breast with Caramelized Orange, Ginger Compote Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 duck breasts
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
