Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, skin on
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced

Instructions

  1. Pat the duck breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil to the skillet.
