Duck Parmentier with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 duck legs (about 300g each)
- 3 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of button mushrooms (sliced thinly)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 bay leaf

Instructions:
