Ingredients

  • 4 duckling legs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the duckling legs properly. Pat them dry.
  2. Mix the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the duckling legs and marinate them for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat oil in an oven-safe pan and place the duckling legs in it. Roast the legs for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
