Eggplant Fritter Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized eggplant
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
