Endives au Gratin with Salters Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 endives
- 50g butter
- 50g flour
- 250ml milk
- Salt and pepper
- 100g grated Emmental cheese
- 4 salters (thin slices of cured ham)
Instructions:
- Cut off the end of each endive and remove any brown or wilted leaves. Cut them in half lengthways.
