English Galettes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, cold and chopped
  • 1/4 cup of ice water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
