Express Tartiflette Recipe
Ingredients
- 600g potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
- 200g bacon lardons
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 150ml double cream
- 200g Reblochon cheese, sliced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a large pan, cook the bacon lardons over medium heat until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
