Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
