Feet and Packets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken feet
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 packets of ramen noodles
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Clean the chicken feet thoroughly and remove any nails or excess skin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add the cleaned chicken feet to the bowl and toss to coat them well.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. After marination, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the chicken feet on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy.
  5. While the chicken feet are baking, prepare the ramen noodles according to the package instructions in a separate pot.
  6. After cooking the noodles, divide them into two bowls and pour a cup of hot water on each bowl.
  7. Remove the chicken feet from the oven and place them on a separate plate.
  8. Drizzle any remaining marinade on top of the ramen noodles and serve hot with the crispy chicken feet alongside.
