Fennel Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry
  • 1 large fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry onto a 9-inch tart pan and trim the excess to fit. Prick the bottom with a fork and set aside.
