Feta Puff Pastry

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and black pepper.
  3. Unfold the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface and cut it into 9 squares.
