Fish Papillote with Swiss Chard, Olive Oil and Lemon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod, halibut, or tilapia)
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, washed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons, sliced into rounds
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  2. Cut four large squares of parchment paper and fold them in half.
  3. Divide the Swiss chard evenly among the 4 parchment paper squares, placing it on one half of each square.
