Fresh Cheese & Egg Bagel Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs such as parsley, chives, or dill to garnish

Instructions

  1. First, preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat on the stove.
  2. Cut the bagel in half and toast the halves until they are crispy and golden brown.
