Fried Rice with Chipolatas and Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 4 chipolatas, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic and chipolatas and sauté until the chipolatas are browned and cooked, and the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
