German Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Toast bread slices in a toaster or on a griddle until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of the toasted bread and mustard on the other side.
- On one slice of bread, layer ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and salt and pepper to taste. Top with another slice of bread and press lightly. Repeat with the other slices of bread.
