Gougères Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water, milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
