Ingredients

  • 12 langoustines
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grill for high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the shell of the langoustines on the underside, starting from the head and working towards the tail.
  4. Remove the vein from the tail using a small sharp knife.
  5. Brush the langoustines with the garlic mixture.
  6. Grill the langoustines for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink in color and the flesh is opaque.
  7. Transfer the grilled langoustines to a serving plate and serve hot.
