Grilled Mullet with Bay Leaf
Ingredients:
- 4 mullet fillets, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4-6 fresh bay leaves
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.
- Place the mullet fillets on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and rub it into the flesh.
- Add a fresh bay leaf on the top of each fillet.
- Place the fillets onto the grill, skin side down.
- Grill for around 5-6 minutes until the skin is crispy and the flesh is cooked through. Flip once halfway through cooking.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a minute or two before serving.
