Ingredients

  • 1 Rib steak (at least 1 1/2 inches thick)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 Garlic clove (finely chopped)

Instructions

Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Wash the potatoes and dry them thoroughly.
  2. Wrap each potato in foil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Bury the foiled potatoes under the ashes of the fire. Make sure there are enough ashes to cover them completely.
  4. Let them roast for 40-50 minutes until they become soft when you poke them with a fork.
