Haddock and Coral Lentils Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh haddock fillets
  • 1 cup coral lentils
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions:

  7. Rinse the haddock fillets and pat dry. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Place the seasoned haddock fillets in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
  9. Serve the cooked haddock fillets on top of the cooked lentils.
