Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage

- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
