John Dory with Fennel, Herb and Spice Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 John Dory fillets, about 150g each
- 2 fennel bulbs, sliced thinly
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, crushed
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, crushed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

- Add the John Dory fillets on top of the fennel in a single layer.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
