Khmer Beef Shank Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef shank, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
