Lactose-Free Carbonara Tagliatelle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 350g tagliatelle
  • 200g smoked bacon
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup lactose-free cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
