Leek Tart in Brick Sheets
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of brick sheets
- 3 large leeks
- 3 eggs
- 200ml of heavy cream
- 100g of grated cheese
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the leeks into thin slices and sauté them in a pan with olive oil until they become tender.

- Add the leeks to the egg mixture and mix well, then pour the mixture into each tart mould.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tarts are golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes and serve.
