Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of brick sheets
  • 3 large leeks
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml of heavy cream
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the leeks into thin slices and sauté them in a pan with olive oil until they become tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the heavy cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
  4. Unroll the brick sheets and cut them in half (if necessary) to fit in the tart moulds.
  5. Grease the tart moulds with olive oil and place the brick sheets inside, making sure to press them to the bottom and sides.
  6. Add the leeks to the egg mixture and mix well, then pour the mixture into each tart mould.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tarts are golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes and serve.
