Leg of Lamb in the Oven: Family Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 leg of lamb (about 6 lbs)
- 6-8 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Rinse the leg of lamb and pat it dry with paper towels. Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
