Ingredients:

  • 1 leg of lamb (about 6 lbs)
  • 6-8 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
