Lobster, Carrot and Orange Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 oranges, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 375°F.
  2. Begin by preparing the lobster tails. Cut each tail down the middle with a sharp knife and remove the meat from the shell.
