Lobster, Carrot and Orange Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
- 2 oranges, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Begin by preheating the oven to 375°F.
- Begin by preparing the lobster tails. Cut each tail down the middle with a sharp knife and remove the meat from the shell.
