Lobster Couscous Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups couscous
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped into pieces
