Magret with Grapes and Spices Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Magret ducks breast
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 30 g of butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 100 g of grapes
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. With a sharp knife, make incisions in diamond shapes on the fat side of the Magret.
