Marinated Pork Ribs and Rice with Herbs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, basil)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ginger, and pepper
  2. Add in the pork ribs and massage them in the marinade. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to 350F.
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the remaining sauce.
