Mint Greek Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, feta cheese, chopped mint, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
  4. Remove meatballs from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Serve hot.
