Mint Greek Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil, for frying
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, feta cheese, chopped mint, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Remove meatballs from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Serve hot.
