Miso Ramen Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. of miso paste
  • 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. of grated ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • Soft boiled eggs
  • Baby bok choy
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the broth

  1. In a saucepan, add chicken broth, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger and garlic.
  2. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
