Ingredients
- 1lb monkfish, filleted and trimmed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp white wine

- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
