Ingredients:

  • 4 Morteau sausages
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cups of dried lentils, washed and drained
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:
